Was this posted already 🤔

is this place going away ? are we gonna have to pay up $$$ ?

I assume this place is going away. You can create a FREE new account over on the on3 site to access their FREE forums. I'm not sure why they haven't promoted this more before this site gets shutdown. Last I read, I don't think they are moving over users/message data, so it'd be a fresh start for many.

I created a new account and will just access both forum sites for now, but the on3 forums are very inactive right now. Hopefully that changes as you all read this and create accounts over there.

I didn't post much but when I did it was always a pleasure in interacting with you all. On the bright side going to On3 will give me a second chance after I was banned from the Nebraska site a few years ago.

The Iowa board will die off. Kakert encourages the lowest common denominator in posters, which led posters to flee this original site to other sites. The market will create better alternatives.

Personally, I rather enjoyed TK’s board. Figured he must have done something right as some here objected to him so much….that is what Iowans are best at!

It's not so bad. But I had to start all post count over
so those who want to start with a clean slate should create a new account now while those wishing to maintain post count and reactions best wait for on3 to do their thing

Just checked, they have changed all the forums now require a subscription. Was not that way when they started but now it is.
