Joe Tiller brought “basketball on grass” concept and Jeff Brohm was a Hawkeye killer.

Purdue should have kept Brohm. He had them pretty consistently competitive with limited resources. Giving him time to find the right guy to run the defense would have been much smarter than burning it all down and starting over.

Purdue didn’t want him to go. But Brohm passed L’Ville up once but 2nd time they came calling can’t really blame him for going back to his alma mater.

Tiller over Brohm who is #2. Tiller brought Purdue back out of the doldrums and did it for a longer time than Brohm. Tiller won a Big title before divisions I believe. And Tiller had a better passing game and QBs than even Brohm did
