SCOTUS has recently supported NIL. This is likely to get real interesting soon. The timing is also suspect with the upcoming CFP format decision in the next few months. This will also likely affect conference realignment and membership as some schools may decide they don't want to or can't afford to sponsor some college sports. Sure glad Iowa is not in the Big12.
