OT: Bryson Scott transfering

Doesn't sound like a huge lose to me. But I'm sure we would have said the same thing about Clemmons a year ago.

He's one of eight or so already. "Paintered" as the Indiana fans on Peegs were saying.

Let's see:

Illinois. Aaron Crosby. 3*
Indiana: Stanford Robinson. 4* #69
Indiana: Max Hoetzel. 3*
Iowa. Trey Dickerson 3*
Michigan. Max Bielfeldt 3* (This one is widely expected...might have been announced but not sure.)
Northwestern. Johnny Vassar 3*
Purdue. Bryson Scott. 4* #75
Rutgers. Junior Etou. 3*

I suppose I missed some but of course it isn't even April yet. I'm sure we'll see at least one teams worth of players, probably plenty more.

LOL You can still say the same thing about Clemmons. He didn't even average 5 points a game nor have a 2-1 Asst/TO ratio which is the minimum a decent PG should have.

We'll never get to the second week of the tournament or beyond with player's like AC.

I saw pitchford at Nebbie is hanging it up.
Still going to remain in school, just not playing basketball anymore.

Do you have a link re: Pitchford? He's a fine player, Nebbie just couldn't put it all together this year.

As for Bryson Scott, I didn't recognize his name either. I'm sure he didn't expect to sit behind Octeus and the PG this season.

Disagree with this. He played well down the stretch and surprisingly led the team in 3 point percentage. Not to mention we are woefully thin at experienced guard play for his senior year. Maybe, he's not a starter but he's a damn solid rotation player.

FWIW... MSU fans were saying the same thing about Trice after last year.

I can't look at that name without thinking of Byron Scott, ex-LA Lakers.

The Peegies might have a point if Painter had oversigned, but he didn't and has only been oversigned one time in his 10 years at the helm. Meanwhile, Crappy Clappy the Creaner has oversigned nearly EVERY single season he has been at IU.

Yeah, I had to include the Peegs comments. "Paintered" must mean to allow someone to transfer without pulling a Bo Ryan tizzy fit or forcing a transfer due to over-recruiting

I like Painter. One of the good ones.
