OT: duke vs UNC last night

Classic “Duke gets the critical call games”. I really could care less who wins that game, it’s just always an entertaining game. But they missed a blatant foul call at the end of OT, and then called a foul on UNC a few seconds later that was very questionable. With that said, if UNC could rebound, they win.

There were two disputed calls at the end of the game. The refs took the time to look at the monitors and still got them wrong. Both of the calls went Duke's way. Haven't we seen this movie before?

Caught this last night. Wow. Bardo said Davison's deflection, and then his shot, was the play of the year so far. I'd give this exremely high marks though. I have to give Bilas credit, as he stated the importance of blocking out. It cost Carolina.

How did not blocking out cost UNC? The ball was outside the 3 point line almost immediately.

You guys, this was not on the refs. North Carolina missed 7 fts down the stretch... 7. They had two leads that were easily good enough to win the game and they failed to hold those leads.

Plus, both teams uniforms looked like practice jerseys.

Duke and UNC is always a "double forfeit" game for me. In spite of what ESPN wants us to believe, very few people outside of North Carolina could give a rip.

I don’t care for either team... I respect Coach K but get sick of Duke. However, you can’t deny that this rivalry has provided some crazy entertainment over the years. I know someone said that nobody outside of NC cares... but people watch and expect craziness. It’s fun. I watched last night and was intrigued

I would say over the last 20-30 years that is completely false, unless you think people don't like to see #1 vs #2 matchups in sports, which they clearly do.
