From the positioning, it looks like the other official is the main ref and eel-boy is the assistant. Which makes his hot-dogging even weirder.

So funny - at least it's better than the opposite - how many times are we throwing the remote because a ref isn't in position to call a fall. This guy would have been great for the Ramos vs streibler finals match!
