My thought is that, one again, this is an example of parent's ego run amok. They don't want to get the kid into a particular school for the sake of their kids - they do it for their own ego. "Ah, yes of course, my daughter is at Hahvad."

The one's with money do this. The one's with no money beat up the hockey coach.
