This is what I like to see from two leaders, two players who take pride in defense! Who are the defensive leaders of this team? The players who will hold everyone else accountable. I don't observe this as conflict or confrontation, to me it is clear communication. I think that is missing from this year's team. Anyway, Happy New Year!

Why in the world would you want your team arguing and yelling at each other over a mistake? Just talk about it and strategize to prevent it from happening again.
