Some may be uncomfortable talking about the way the law bends for some and not for others due to the quality of your attorney and one's social status. Sorry, I don't give repeat law offenders, especially drug or alcohol offenders, much sympathy. Lost a good friend to a habitual drunk driver while in college. I am happy to see this guy lose his job. He should have lost it sooner but he probably was their best recruiter on staff and had a lot of California connections.

Nebraska has beaten Iowa the last couple of years for WR talent out of Missouri. Regardless of whoever is the next Nebraska FB HC, I hope tries to improve it Missouri recruiting efforts. 2019 WR prospect and current Nebby commit Cameron Brown went to Columbus, OH with his buddy Kamryn Babb (likely tOSU commit) to watch the tOSU vs. Michigan game. I'm betting Cameron is at least open to hearing from other suitors as Coach Keith Williams was his main recruiting contact for Riley's Cornhuskers.

Mario Goodrich is another 2018 prospect/ commit who Iowa offered. Maybe a call or HS visit would not hurt to venture. Just my thoughts. Go Hawks.

Yes the staff should look at poaching talent from every team that is going to transition coaches this year. Gasp.... I would love yo have K. Williams on our staff.. We need a guy who can recruit WR and he needs name like KF to rebuild his reputation. Win win.

For sure, and I'd also like to throw a feeler out to Rick Pitino to join the staff to take over Binn's position of player development. Maybe the two can both be in charge of official overnight recruit visits. Bet their parties would be amazing.

You serious man?

If he's been sober since 16' and had no issues someone will hire him.I believe in change been sober month shy 15 yrs but this guy has no leash if you drink your unemployed you've proved you have a problem.Entirely to many people are killed by drunk drivers.i also have no empathy for drunk drivers but if I gets humble and sober I applaud him and will support him

He's been convicted of DUI 3 times. Last time, he blew a felony-qualifying 0.15, before the DA reduced the charge.

He can change on someone else's watch.

And I had a lot of respect for Reilly until this situation came along & he gave KW a slap on the wrist. But in the end, the handling of the situation is certainly a shining example of why their football team, was soft, undisciplined, & had generally checked out by the end of the year. Lack of character will eventually shine through.

I am serious. I did not expect it to be a popular opinion but as long as both parties went in with clear cut expectations it could turn out to be an awesome hire.

Heard he will be of Frost's staff, 1 of 3 coaches retained. 3 top recruiters.

Have to wonder why Brown would consider Iowa given how St. Louis WRs have been utilized. Derrick Mitchell Jr., Jonathan Parker, Andre Harris, Matt Quarells -- all marginalized.

McNutt says #7 gets 6.

Everything I'm seeing is it was a full sweep except interim HC. What happens to K Williams will be interesting. Someone is going to pay him for his connections.

Once again, I fully expect Nebraska to retain this Williams and maybe the other one. I also expect Bray to be retained since his family is friends with Moos.

Marginalized? Outside of Quarells, the others failed to prove themselves after leaving Iowa. Quarells has a year remaining to prove himself.

Trust me

Things I am almost certain about. Trent Bray will be on the next staff since his family is buds with Moos.

Keith Williams will be on the next staff. He could have six DUIs and they wouldn't care.

Bray is gone to Oregon State and Williams wasn't retained.

Yes, it was a full sweep. Frost brought his entire staff with him.

No prior NU coaches were retained.

Yeah, because they aren't very good.

Ooops.... 0 for 2. What else you got in that predictive crystal ball of Nebraska's morality?
