Ohio coach Solich steps down for health reasons
Citing a need to focus on a cardiovascular health issue, coach Frank Solich is stepping down after leading Ohio to 11 bowl games in 16 seasons.
I didn't realize the former Nebraska coach was 76. It's kind of funny, I would see Ohio play on ESPN every once in a while and wonder if Solich was still there. I'm surprised he stayed at Ohio after being at a P5 school, Nebraska, most of his life, player, asst, & head coach. I wonder if he got tired of the BS at a P5. Pretty impressive to stay at Ohio for 16 years, at any school for that long.
