Minnesota punted and Michigan dropped punt and it rolled into the end zone, he ran back and tried to run it out and was tackled. I originally thought safety, but ok understand the rules for that point.
But what about the player who muffed punt also stepped out of bounds, is he allowed to be 1st person to touch ball at that point ???
