I have researched Stepsis extensively and didn't know the subject had much to do with football.

Don't know a thing about the guy, but his resume looks pretty dang good and shows he's doing a lot of good things with extremely limited resources. I'll be surprised if that doesn't translate well at UNI.

BTW: Before he took the Indiana job, how many message board geniuses knew about a guy named Cignetti at a place called James Madison? LOL
