it's rasslin' and he is a former hawk so I'm counting it as Iowa Wrestling

brutal looking botch job (unintentional obviously). Dude's so rugged (likely from his time spent as a hawkeye) that it doesn't appear career threatening.

Man, he is lucky he is not paralyzed. Doctor is saying his wrestling days are probably over. Big E seems like a good dude and blessings for a healthy recovery.

Who is this dude?
Ettore Ewen, DL for Iowa in the mid 2000s. Had injury issues here but went on to become a powerlifter before he made it in the WWE. Dude's 5"11" and 285lbs with 8% bodyfat which is in the "freakin' ripped" range. For reference, a dude who is considered "healthy" has between 14 and 17%
