I just noticed USC was ranked 79 by Rivals, they only signed 6 players, including a kicker from Australia. I know they fired their coach (and brought in OK's coach), but only signing 6 players at a blue blood school?? They were 1 spot ahead of Army who signed 67 players! I know, they are a service academy.
I can't believe Penn St signed 24 players for the 6th ranked class, how did they do that with all the turmoil that was going the last half of the season? I guess signing Franklin to a new contract at the end of the season might have helped keep some recruits.
As someone else mentioned, surprised Indiana came in with the 20th ranked class after their terrible season. I know it just recently happened, but I wonder what recruits think when a 'star' player like QB Penix transfers to another school??
