Other than a Trump rally or casino, what are the top places to get COVID?

Assume it is everywhere.

I went to a small town grocery store yesterday afternoon. Guttenberg, IA. About 4pm. Inside, there were roughly 20 or so customers, maybe 8 employees.

NOT ONE customer was masked up. All the employees except one were unmasked. I walk in with a mask and for the most part got funny looks from everybody inside.

It was startling to experience.

Now, you're probably saying small town grocery...big deal. Guttenberg is a tourist town, and tourists from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois are in town every weekend. There is also a bass tournament in town, and you always have bikers and car enthusiasts that will stop in town for sightseeing, shopping, meals, supplies etc. Then there are fisherman that travel from all over NE Iowa to put in here in town.

So, a town of roughly 2500 swells this time of year to roughly 3000 to 4000 and has people from all over the map in town for the weekend.

The moment we turn our back to this bug, it bites us every damn time.

Small spaces with lots of people over a prolonged period of time.

Schools, bars, churches, restaurants, house parties, etc.

Sturgis, South Dakota gave us a brief glimpse at that
damage Covid19 can do. A motorcycle rally with huge
crowds was a disaster. Gatherings of large crowds is
not a smart move.
