Forgot to post this earlier before I left Ames.
Talked to a few people close to the team and Daniels doesn't seem to be serious. Ankle, but not the dreaded high ankle was what I heard from a couple of people. Seems like he should be ok.
Some conflicting info on Ott. No one really knows for sure. Thought maybe wrist, but maybe it's more of a forearm/elbow thing. That's kind of where the info was leading. All I know is in talking with a few of the guys on the team, they knew he must be hurting quite a bit if he came out of the game. Ott just doesn't seem to every feel any pain. That tells me it's pretty significant. Almost certain that he's going to miss time. Question will be how much?
Guessing we won't get any official updates on either player until Tuesday. Depth chart will be out Monday afternoon. Not sure what that will reveal, if anything.
