Hawkeye fan coming in from out of town for my first game. Going to watch them beat Illinois. Can someone give me and idea where to park or how to get to the game? Thanks

There is parking available a block west of Kinnick on Golfview Ave and Grand Ave. It costs about $25-30.
Do you want to tailgate? That will help decide where to park. Like mentioned above - you can take the train if you are not tailgating. You can still get all sorts of food along Melrose south of the stadium.
There is parking all over. Either drive down Melrose and park in someone's yard (best atmosphere but a little pricier) or park farther away but take a decent walk until you see any semblance of civilization.

Call the university parking office. They are employed to tell you this sort of information.
