I don't think 9-11 gets in. I do think 10-10 does, although we may need a conf tourney win.
If we can go 8-7 the rest of the way, I like our chances.

Post game radio show: Filip said they practiced yesterday. Fran really got after them. Filip said Fran didn't want them to feel content with "just" winning against IU.
Some might say Fran doesn't coach. Well, this says otherwise.

Good bounce back game from Ulis. He handled the pressure well and controlled the pace.
Not a sustainable stat line, but glad he had a good game. Let's see some consistency out of him and all will be forgiven 🙌

What is "over 50%" on turnovers suposed to mean? Thats not a thing.
If you understand what you are watching you understand Ulis had a solid game.
Hes not great but he did pretty good today.
He had one really bad pass to Kris that should have been a dunk and a couple ugly shots but he also initiated Iowas offense against Rutgers traps all game long and beat it consistently with passes that resulted in Iowa getting open shots.
And 2-4 on 3s.

Ulis has had plenty of bad games, most recently vs Indiana. Today was about as good of Ulis as you'll get. Not sure how you can't see he was better today than normal.

Massive respect for Rutgers - class act all around - Pikiell and Hobbs are good ‘uns
50% turnovers is a thing if it seems he turns it over 1/2 the time he brings the ball up
his assist to turnover ratio is also terrible
Connor and Sandfort should be getting most of his minutes
Yes the threes were great but I bet you didn’t feel to confident when he put those shots up
I felt confident in his ball handling today. Thursday is a new game but today he played good. And i had no problems with his 3 point shots. Was wide open and prepared to shoot. If he's not set and ready to take the shot my confidence in him hitting goes down fast but Bowen looked way out of his element against Rutgers aggressive defense. Bowen and Dix will get their minutes but just not today. Rutgers has a special defense for sure.

Hes averaging less than a TO per game and has faced a couple of the most agressive defensive teams in the country.

Exactly. I'm hoping we go 2-1 on this home stand. Maryland has played tough, and the other two are really solid as well. If we could be 4-4 after our start, I would take it. 5-3 would be gravy for me.
