Spoke with a couple sources today and was told Sandfort is a 'game time decision' regarding his decision to officially choose to forego his remaining college eligibility and enter the NBA Draft. Much of his decision will depend on if he's invited to the NBA Draft combine or G-League combine and the feedback he gets back from that.
Sounds like the staff and team want him to come back (obviously), but will also be supportive of whatever decision he makes. Family around Payton are doing the same, not necessarily pushing one way or the other, as far as I know.
