Brutal match from Laux. Had the guys leg elevated for a time, kept trying to finish on the edge then within about 2 seconds he lost the leg, gave up a low single and was taken down. Followed that up with very little urgency in the 3rd. We can whine about stalling all we want but his activity level was awfully low for a guy down by a point.
He touched Laux's knee twice during the 3rd. Those were the only attempts at offense by him the whole match. Great defense and 1 good counter though.

(The TD in the second period was) ... all Laux for about 30 seconds until that last two seconds when Lantry slipped an elbow and hipped him down and grabbed his ankle.
Wrestle through even when you lose your opportunity to score.
McD is going to run over to mat 10 to watch Carton.
Then he has to run back b/c he is coaching Marielli as he redshirts.
And they'll take care of Kaleb Young as well.

I have all ten mats open so that I don't have the issue when switching mats. You can get four mats per viewer.

Laux is a fine 125 lber. When he's inflated wrestling 133 just hasn't been very competitive. All we have to do is compare his season at 125 to his seasons filling in at 133. I think we see a Laux with more fire at his natural weight next season while Lee redshirts.
Is this Christopher Carton any relation to Topher Carton?
My BTN2GO must be a bit behind because track show Carton has started, but not showing on the TV

Carton with parallel leg ride, working power half, getting a bit high
nearly gives up reversal, but kicks out and only gives up E

Dang was that a mixer whipped out by Carton? Gets the fall, awesome mat awareness keeps on foot in on that. Looking tough.
Sorenson had a tough match against Kocer in the dual.

The announcers are saying to the table workers to wait to award the riding time point until the official signals it. She also said that there would be no RT if the match is a tech fall prior to the RT point.
