1 minute to go, both guys fighting in the center. Fix looking inside trip. Gman moves him and gets the step out 4-3 Gman
Gman with a late TD 6-3 Gman wins!!!
Gilman!! Love it. That first takedown was lightning quick. I was definitely holding my breathe while he was on bottom..

Whew! Fix is damn good. He wrestled Gmans match there though. He's gonna have to open it up in the next match if he has any shot at forcing a 3rd match. Fix is really good at making adjustments, but Gman is just so damn tough to score on. One tiny mistake in your basic fundamentals and he's got you. Hats off to both guys, great match

It seemed like Daton was feeling him out... second match will be exciting. Daton had a chance to Gut Gilman but Gilman held strong
Fix had the leg in and hips elevated but Gilman clasped his hands and held on since there was only a few seconds before the end of the period.
No. He had a slick exposure though off of Gman’s first TD.
That's what makes Fix so good in freestyle...being able to be in weird positions, turn the tables, and somehow get easy scores.
Good strategy by Gilman give up a traditional gut but not trapped arm by locking hands out in front.
JB in on a shot. OOB 1-0 on the step out. Then I-Mar with the seatbelt position gets his own step out 1-1 with 1:30 left in the first.

I-Mar obviously strong, but having a hard time getting through JBs D. I-Mar looking gassed with mouth open. Still working though. Another step out for Burroughs. 4-1 JB.
Burroughs hold center mat, I-Mar looks physically spent and JB with the 4-1 win.
