PC Guys - Cyberpower PC Opinions Wanted

Son's computer is old and apparently dieing. He would like something that is more for a gamer than our previous computers. When I looked up the company there are a lot of negative comments but they seem to come from tech people who are used to building their own computers. Son has not attempted that yet.
We are looking at the less expensive models they make.

Also if it is mainly gaming check out the new Alienware Alpha. It is basically a gaming console PC. Still pretty new so I am not sure how the reviews look. But sounds pretty nice on paper.
