Not saying there isn’t something to this, but would figure this would be really big news and there would be more evidence than a witness that could not have possibly seen anything that was happening….and if the witness did see what was happening…that witness needs to be prosecuted as well.

Boy, this seems pretty light on evidence, unlikely to ever be proven. The only reason NOT to dismiss it offhand without more evidence is ONLY that if falls into a category of "You can't make this $hit up!"
