It's getting real back home. Tariffs that will hurt Pennsylvania. Random job cuts to federal workers in their districts. A massive tax cut directed to the wealthy.
None of this was what they ran on.

It’s exactly what they ran on. They published it and those dumbasses just ignored it because…egg prices.
They ran away from it like their hair was on fire. They ran on inflation, TrANz KiDZ, and the border. They have forgotten about inflation, the border is a mess, but they still have their trans bigotry. But, even that doesn't seem to be keeping the citizens compliant.

I honestly don't think the new Senator would have won either, he hasn't open his mouth since being in DC, NOT Not a word in DC or back in Penna.

He's pretty much what a Republican used to be. He wasn't very MAGA. He seems like one of those pussies who is laying low, and figures when all this blows over he will emerge and say he was against DOGE all along, and he thought Trump exceeded his authority.
So much justification going on to create a structure where elected Republicans can say they are doing good work, but they don't own any of the bad stuff.

When you say "gut Medicaid," are you referring to legislation to limit the increase in spending to $1.5 trillion over the next decade?
