Numerous guys are going the JuCO route along with a couple players going to Creighton, W.Illinois, Oakland, Air Force, etc...
The point is, the state of Iowa by itself has enough talent for Iowa to field a solid team from top to bottom. Is Iowa going to outrecruit a team like North Carolina, Arkansas, Tennessee for a guy? More than often probably not. However, even if Heller can keep a third of those guys I listed in state in the future, then Iowa can be successful at baseball.
