Peter Jok showed true leadership after he came back from his injuries and saw that the team could be even better w him serving as a facilitator as much as a bucket maker.

Regardless of the finish PJ is an all time Hawkeye great...I tip my cap to him.

Anyone see his i assume brother in that stands? Look like twins, I thought for a second it was him until I was like duh he's playing lol.

We will miss you jok! Maybe the prettiest shot I have ever seen in a Hawkeye uniform. Thank you for helping these freshman when they were struggling early on and playing while through the injuries this year. Iowa is proud of you now give them hell in the BTT!!! Also NIT/or NCAA tourney. You will be missed!

Dau Jok - older brother, played for Penn. Played against the Hawks last year (or the year before) at CHA.

Judging by the number 3, must have been two years ago.

I remember that game jok was a freshman i just didn't notice how much alike they look until today. Also frans team he played for in college.

Wow. I think it was Basabe bobble head night too.
The only reason I know is because I was at the game with my boys. We were in town for the Iowa/Michigan football game (16 degrees at kickoff) the next day and caught the double feature. Uthoff had a sweet throw down from the baseline in that game.

Big DSM Register article on Jok in Sunday's paper. Anthony Clemons deserves a lot of credit for helping get Pete through some tough times when he wasn't as mature as he is today. I got the feeling he was a transfer waiting to happen if it weren't for Clemons.

That's right. The Hawks held on to beat Mich the next day. It was a very cold game where I couldn't feel my feet for the entire first half.
