I am going to vote for Woody and the need to up his inside game to become a consistent offensive threat each game. Iowa has had a lot of big men who improve drastically from their JR to SR year, I hope Woody is one of them (in regards to his offensive play). He show signs throughout the season but just not consistent.
My second would be Jok with a wish he could have a higher basketball IQ or maybe instincts. He would be downright scary.
With that said, one of the things I have appreciated under Fran is player development. This year we saw a lot of improvement including Jok.
