I just read that this morning, Brad Paddock, the father of Burke, passed away.

As a New Yorker, I cannot overstate the impact that this man had on shaping the wrestling seen in the Rochester area...Combined, he coached his sons---Paul, Ian, and Burke--combined to win seven NYS titles...Youngest brother, Aaron, is expected to add an eighth title to the family mantle this season.

Very sorry to hear this. Reading the comments in the article linked above paints a heck of a picture in my mind of Brad Paddock. Sounds like the world lost a great father, coach, and man.

Wow! Horrible. I recall this family had quite the scare years ago when Aaron suffered a life threatening injury. I family was very strong and came together, supporting each other like strong families do. I pray that this strength guides them through this difficult time.
