I’ll defer to your opinion bro. I think you know what you’re talking about.Apparently you know nothing about this. I've taken time to read the orders, you haven't so while I'm sitting here sipping on ice and reading case law.....you make b.s. accusations.
But I'll repost for you to read again:

Awesome football post!
about 4.2 yearsWhat is Modern Piping’s 40 time? Does he look fast in pictures?
Lots of fond memories watching major open ball with my dad. Mike White was amazing as well as some of those Teleconnect teams. All I know is they had excellent fast-pitch softball team in the 70's/80's!!
Yeah, they were pretty good. Played against them more than a few times! All I know is they had excellent fast-pitch softball team in the 70's/80's!!

Mostly outfield and some shortstop. I played for Vigortone, Iowans, Aurora, and Decatur.Position?
I did too...not until they were the Iowans. Most of my time was with the Maidrite and Collins.
Drop dead changeup to go with that hard drop!!Mike was the women’s softball coach at Oregon now I believe he is at Texas.
The word you’re looking for is “gouge.”Just read another Iowa Sup. Ct case that came down yesterday. Modern Company does not seem like a friendly contractor, that will continue to gauge the University of money
Then I have a pretty good idea who you are... probably the only guy who played for those 4 great teams! 👏 👏 👏Mostly outfield and some shortstop. I played for Vigortone, Iowans, Aurora, and Decatur.
Spot on! Pete was pretty intimidating and Mike would paint the corners. Both could make you look foolish at the plate.Drop dead changeup to go with that hard drop!!
Pete Meredith = Randy Johnson
Mike White = Greg Maddox
Sorry to disrupt the Court case...please proceed!!
Ah, another ambulance chasing lawyer in the making. This belongs with the off topic threads. Not here.Apparently you know nothing about this. I've taken time to read the orders, you haven't so while I'm sitting here sipping on ice and reading case law.....you make b.s. accusations.

Musco Lighting and Thoms Proestler. I was a utility player. Played all over the field but catching was my favorite. What team did you play with you play with? I think I may have mixed up my years. Those may have been the Welty Way years and then the switch over to Modern Piping in the mid 80's.
First of all it is spelled G-o-u-g-e. So your credibility with regards to understanding law decisonos is already in question... The state Supreme Court decision says Modern Piping were incorrectly awarded money for damages... getting profits from Stead being partially open during the injunction etc...Just read another Iowa Sup. "In 2022, a jury sided with Modern Piping — awarding it another $12.8 million of UI profits made during the first eight months of Children’s Hospital operations. But now two years later, the Supreme Court has found that “is not a proper remedy for a claim for wrongful injunction and cannot stand.
...The Iowa Supreme Court affirmed and upheld a minor judgment awarding the contractor $21,784 for its costs and fees
I don't think coming on this board to bad mouth a company and calling them "unfriendly" or price gouges is appropriate.
If true, I’m not a Modern Piping fan either. This is probably why Coop decided to go Pro.
Well played!I used to do quite a bit of piping, but unfortunately, very little Modern Piping.

Are you sure you aren't talking about Ampipe? Their head coach was a real prick.Just read another Iowa Sup. Ct case that came down yesterday. Modern Company does not seem like a friendly contractor, that will continue to gauge the University of money
Sioux City's Penn Corp were world champs in that era I believe. Pete Sandman & a few guys from New Zealand. I believe the stud from NZ last name Schultz(?), died in tragic car accident.Spot on! Pete was pretty intimidating and Mike would paint the corners. Both could make you look foolish at the plate.
You bring up a very sad memory to me. Paul Magan and Steve Schultz were both tragically killed in an automobile accident. Both outstanding pitchers from New Zealand playing for Penn Corp. I lived with Paul and his family when I played in New Zealand. One of the saddest days of my life when I received the news.Sioux City's Penn Corp were world champs in that era I believe. Pete Sandman & a few guys from New Zealand. I believe the stud from NZ last name Schultz(?), died in tragic car accident.
