Apparently Bloomberg is threatening to run as an independent if Hillary is not the Dem candidate.

So imagine that Trump or Cruz (whichever you like better) is the GOP candidate, Bernie wins the Dem nomination and Bloomberg jumps in.

How do you vote?

Cruz can't be president so that actually leave Trump, but why not include Hillary with Sanders?
Because, as I heard it said on the tube, Bloomberg won't get in the race if Hillary gets the nomination.

Which creates an interesting dynamic. If you are a moderate, but don't like Hillary, do you support Bernie so that Bloomberg will run?

As a moderate, Bloomberg would be dead last on my list, so I'd say no.

Curious about Bloomberg's stance, here. He won't challenge Hillary, but if the guy who's against the billionaires wins, he's going to ride in like a white knight and defeat the socialist threat?

This is really starting to sound like a reality show dreamed up in Hollywood.....

If it was Sanders vs. Trump, a Bloomberg independent run would almost assure a Trump win.
Agree, accept in that scenario I'd be surprised if some conservative didn't enter the race and steal votes on Trump's right. You'd have 3 liberal Dems running against each, so it would leave a huge opportunity for a conservative or libertarian. This could be the type of opening for someone like a Rand Paul or a libertarian leaning person. It would have to be someone who has huge name recognition or could raise a lot of money (or independently wealthy).

Now, that would be one hell of an interesting race. A race between Trump, Hillary/Bernie, and Bloomy is meh. They'll probably spend on their time campaigning in NY trying to win the state.
