Vice President Kamala Harris is leading former President Donald Trump among Latino voters. But that advantage has declined to Democrats’ lowest level in the past four presidential cycles, according to a new national NBC News/Telemundo/CNBC poll.

Overall, the poll shows that Democratic presidential candidate Harris has lost some ground with Latinos at a time when these consequential voters are more likely than the general electorate to cite the economy and the rising cost of living as top priorities. On both of these issues, Latino voters give Trump the advantage, but a majority of them prefer Harris on temperament, competency and having the necessary mental and physical health to be president.

I looked at the polls this morning and this seemed like the most interesting one.

Well since you're interested, Harris has actually improved over Biden with Latinos.

In early July, Latino voters were split on Biden and Trump; about 1 in 4 supported Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

I really don’t get this. I was reading an article that many in Michigan are voting for Trumpnor sitting out because they are upset about the Biden-Harris support for Israel.

Yet, Trump has been vocal in supporting Israel and I think would be fine if Netanyahu ordered Gaza leveled.

Living in a city with a sizable population of Syrian and Lebanese Americans - our Mayor is of Arab heritage even though her married last name gives no indication of it - and our City Council President is also Arab heritage (and my Catholic high school was about 25% Arab kids) and knowing so many of them since I was 5 years old, there is a definite difference between the Christian and Muslim culture. While as a total group they are definitely entrepreneurial and business oriented, they tend to split ideologically when it comes to political issues. They are definitely politically active and a very significant influence here on the NE Florida first coast.
I love my friends and I will say there’s not a doubt that once you’re a friend you’re a friend for life.

I fully support Israel and whatever they need to do to ensure the safety of their country.

Government has been wasting our tax dollars for a damn long time regardless of who the President is/was.

Incompetence of said government is not a new thing that appeared suddenly after November of 2020.

Despite the dock being a cluster fark our intentions were right and honorable and don’t reflect badly on the POTUS. And we should continue to aid and assist those affected by war, strife, or natural disasters.
