I went other. I almost always have breakfast, then may or may not eat whats considered a “meal” the rest of the day.

Monday- Friday is usually…
Coffee in morning.
One low carb full meal at lunch
A salad or yogurt w/ granola for dinner
Two diet cokes at some point throughout the day.

Weekend is a crap shoot

4 to 6 small meals a day with protein and try to minimize carbs but they are needed. Work out and take a walk every day with the dogs, two to three miles. Work outs consist of lifting and cardio alternating days.

You need to get some protein early in the day.

I eat a late breakfast at 10-ish that has protein, fruit, and a carb.
Snack around 2 like cheese/crackers or fruit
Dinner is a protein plus veggies and salad. Maybe a baked potato.
I do not drink soda at all
No alcohol
I walk most days.

I can’t imagine how people skip breakfast - I am never hungrier than first thing in the morning. A bowl of steel cut oats with fruit and a dollop of PB. Cup of coffee, read the news, do my Wordle, and ease into the day.
