Biden should let Fox/QAN ask questions only if they are nice to him. No nasty questions.
Biden should only take questions from actual news reporters, not entertainers.
They are fake news and should be ashamed of themselves. Biden has seen them and they are very rude and mean towards the press secretary.

Obstruction by the media and diplomatic efforts being undermined by internal sources isn’t a new phenomenon.
Fox probably didn’t provide him questions in advance, so couldn’t be caught off guard if he didn’t call on them would be my guess.
As long as they fail to recognize who actually won the election and continue to play the role of Russian state media then they really have no business even being at a press conference with the President.
If Fox News is allowed a representative at a Biden press conference, they are already getting way more than they deserve. I'm surprised Biden's posse allows anyone from that disgrace of a so-called news organization anywhere near him, much less allow them to ask a question.
Biden has announced all questions should follow the format of the PBS reporter yesterday. They should start with "The perception of you that got you elected a moral, decent man is the reason a lot of immigrants are coming to this country and are trusting you with unaccompanied minors". He will only answer questions that start like that. Real tough ones.
Looks like Fox News has bigger problems to deal with:

never mind Acosta knew exactly what he was doing. He knew the rest of the room would back him over Trump or whichever press secretary happened to be defending Trump that day.

The list of questions was pretty predictable. Also if Biden was controlling things he would have had somebody ask about his upcoming infrastructure plan.

i actually don’t think he knew the questions. His reaction to some of them would make zero sense if he did. In fact, his performance would be viewed SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE if he knew the questions in advance...
the more this press conference gets discussed here, the more certain I am most people commenting didn’t even watch it.
Biden is far from an ideal President. You won't find many Dems disputing this. But at this point in Merican history, he's exactly what was needed.
It's no different than when Reagan was elected. As long as he surrounds himself with competent people, everything will be fine. The main reason Biden was elected was Donald Trump. Pure and simple.
But I'm still amazed that some people think he can fix the last four years in a few months. His task is equal to the challenges faced when Obama succeeded Bush.
The overlying theme here is simple... the last three elected Dem Presidents all followed incompetent Republicans. Which begs the question... why do people vote for the GOP?

Biden reacts strangely to a lot of things. He's just wired that way. His people are not going to let him go out there and get ambushed. We've seen that enough to know they didn't let it happen here either
No, your naive to think that just because a president has knowledge of the issues and answers with facts and numbers he's gotta know the questions before hand. hell trump could have been told the questions in advance and he still wouldn't know the answers.
You know, of course, that it's standard procedure for reporters to provide questions ahead of time. It happens all the time, in and out of the White House. That Trump's staff didn't do it shows how poorly prepared they were for the job. I'd guess that every President's staff in the last 30 years has done this except for Trump.

Trump is an idiot. No idea why you brought him up. Biden is forgetful and stumbles with his words, a lot. Giving him an advantage of knowing what’s coming helps alleviate some of that. Pull your head out of your ass
