Poor Game Management in the End

This team has lost its aggressive idenity. Saw a couple possessions with under 3 mins left where we passed up early wide open mid range to short range shots in favor of running the clock down and then forcing something with 1 sec left. Poor defensive game plan as well. We are starting to play like a bubble team.
