Power Sweep Bowl Issue: 4 Star Pick for Boston College

I subscribe to NCSPORTS.com and their Power Sweep football picks. Their bowl edition was published today, and to my surprise they listed Boston College as a 4 star pick...or an "excellent" pick against the Vegas spread. I guess I will have to disagree with their choice.

Interesting. Now if they would have said with the over/under take the under for this game I would be on board for that being a 4 star pick.

True, but lets look at WHO we've been playing. This is the first year for awhile that Iowa has not been elevated in the pecking order for bowl selection because of a BIG team in the CFP, and of course 2015 when Iowa was in the top 8 teams. Oklahoma, Stanford, and Florida were all top five to ten teams, at some point during those seasons. Not to excuse the losses but this years scenario is certainly much more palatable to come away with a win.
