I can't tell if he's crazy-fast, or the rest of the team just isn't pushing it. Second video.
In which case, he’s providing some much needed senior leadership. Either way, happy to see itLooks to me like he was hustling and the others weren't.
Looks like he wants to play.Good stuff, guys are working hard, Bakari is showing some serious speed and conditioning.
It looks like the new coach is into it which is a great sign for the team. I can see Bakari starting at the point.

Considering his experience, I’ve expected Evelyn to play a big role this year with JB out. He’ll be the only senior among frosh and sophs in the backcourt. But knowing how Fran likes ball control (Evelyn has had a 1:1 A/T ratio), I’ve expected that if his shooting has returned, he’ll have a good shot to start at SG over the frosh Fredrick.Assuming JBo is out, I've expected Evelyn to start at PG since the day he committed.

Eldridge is the recruiting coordinator. Billy Taylor replaced Andrew Francis. He has to be talking about Eldridge.
None of which explains his comment.Eldridge is the recruiting coordinator. Billy Taylor replaced Andrew Francis.

I am more concerned it is a sign we are just slowI'm just hoping that's not a sign of how poorly conditioned our guys are compared to other programs.
Where's Joe Toussaint? Was hoping he'd be the fastest out there.
Toussaint is fast. So, if Evelyn is beating him out in a foot race, then that’s a pretty good sign that the guard court is taking a quick step forward. He's at the way end. Looks like he finished 2nd.
Someone yells one more at the beginning of the clip. Maybe they had already done several and most were out of gas at that point.
You know what Allan Iverson said....."it's practice, man".
