Going to be home tonight by the fire, my daughter wants taco’s so thats whats on the menu, Beef and chicken with all accoutrements.
Going to make a Hot Toddy to drink during the matches. bourbon,honey,lemon,herb tea and cinnamon.
We could pitch a shutout, but they are fairly solid throughout their lineup. Looking forward to SL abusing Mckee and hoping Abe is back in the lineup.
The psu vs osu meet should have a few decent matches also.
 
Flying solo tonight as I'm working longer hours now.

Rest of my family will out of town watching wrestling (not the Hawks).
 
I think the F*** guys and Tan guys come on first. Another good night of wrestling!

I am having tuna salad on lettuce, sweet corn, and lemon/ginger/cucumber water. Got to stick with the plan. Down close to 40#, will never get to my wrestling weight of 119 or even walk around weight of 135 but 180 feels good.

Good job! I’m on my descent plan too. Looking for 74kg and some good running speed after a rocky recovery to a knee scope. Haven’t been at 150 since college intramurals, but have never been more than 184 either.

Oven roasted parsnips for dinner. Might indulge in a couple naked shrimp too.
 
I can't remember who it was, maybe TnTWrestle, that had mentioned fasting?! I have been doing that for a month now. No calories from 8pm until 12pm the next day, then I eat anything I want (within reason) for the next 7 or 8 hours. I am 42 and started at 180 and am down to 170 in a month. Very sustainable as I haven't changed my diet much, just when I take in calories. No idea if it will help you all out, but it was free to try and has been successful for me. If I could get to 160, that would be my ideal weight imo.

I wrestled 125 in highschool and if I could get to 160 now I would be happy and I work at a fairly active, physical job! Getting older sucks!

I have to thread the needle carefully tonight. Anniversary. So out to eat early, mysterious food illness from 8-10 (need to rest in recliner and just watch tv), then feeling much better after. We'll see how the plan goes.

Yeah this good stuff, we got food, drinks and wrestling. Then you guys turned it into a health food seminar and ruined the entire thread, it's match nite you guys gotta cut loose a bit. 😋
