The AP released its preseason Top 25 for WBB today; Iowa was not among the Top 25 teams ranked.

Defending national champion South Carolina is #1, followed by UConn, USC, Texas, and UCLA.

#18 Maryland
#23 Nebraska
#25 Indiana

Iowa was the top team in the "others receiving votes" category, with 37 votes.
