Here is a case to watch, Jeremy Hutchinson. He is a former member of the state legislature in Arkansas who pled guilty in a bribery scandal, and is slated to testify against some of the people higher up in the scam. Jeremy is the son of a former senator from Arkansas, Tim Hutchinson. His uncle is Asa Hutchinson, the current governor, and a former member of the US House of representatives. Tim has been paying a lobbyist to get his son a commutation, which might screw up the plan to have him testify against his co-conspirators.
Now, here is the symmetry I find interesting about this. Asa Hutchinson was one of the prosecutors in the House during the impeachment of Bill Clinton. Tim sat in judgment, and voted to impeach Clinton. During the run up to the impeachment it leaked out that Tim was having an affair with a 29 year old staffer, and was going to divorce his wife of 29 years. A year later when Tim married the staffer he'd been banging, none of his sons attending the wedding in a move to show support for their mother. I just always thought that was weird. As Tim and Asa impeached Bill Clinton for getting a blow job, Tim was banging a staffer. Yet, they sanctimoniously declared Bill unfit for office. Now, they are both attempting to get the most corrupt president in the history of the US to cut a deal to help Tim's scumbag son.

There is some speculation that Trump may go bigger in his pardon spree. Always desiring the spotlight, and to claim something he did was the biggest and greatest regardless of merit, Trump may go out with a splash.
