This is a pretty clear example of someone at VA who ideally should be terminated, and if that’s only possible, reassigned. Can’t have people making easy to understand things a distraction when the grown ups have work to do.

Per the document I'd say they should've gone out of their way to explicitly state that the VA is exempt, or that hiring of certain positions within the VA is exempt. It's not like he doesn't have the resources to do this.

Good old whataboutisms are alive and while. This is not a good gotcha though in that both Trump and Biden printed money during covid with Trump printing more. Also, we were in a crisis economically and I believe both thought it was the right thing to do to jump start the economy. I am on the record at the time that I thought both were printing too much money.
Freezing doctors and nurses at the VA was not driven by any crisis. It was just stupidity and/or a blatant attempt to get an easy “win” by solving a fake problem. Much different.
Are you saying the VA wasn't a problem before trump took office? Like, for real?
This take would apply to biden raising insulin prices, then dropping them and running a victory lap on it though.

I have read about plenty of problems at the VA. Too many healthcare providers has never been in the list of issues I have read about, quite the opposite actually.
I am not familiar with Biden deliberately raising insulin prices. If he actually did that (which I doubt) then I would agree with you.
