Not surprisingly, he turned down the following 2 schools which had also offered:

Iowa is just cleaning up on the instate kids for '24. I wouldn't be surprised to see Titus Cram join the Hawks either.
Hope they can get some of the '23 Iowa kids on board in June. I believe Patton, Black, Ebel and Newsom are all visiting on the 24th. Hopefully they can get Proctor set up for an OV.

OSU isn't even in the race anymore. If you look at his OVs so far its Alabama, Oregon and Penn State. I do think Iowa will get an OV but not sure about who gets the last one but I would guess it is between Notre Dame and Michigan.
I just think he is taking time making sure he gets a good look at all the places he is considering. Nothing wrong with that.
