Lots of opinions, mostly non-sexy subject matter, and the AHA case was completely silent on Chevron deference. But we did get a Gorsuch Indian casino case, which is always entertaining.
If I were forced to make a tea-leaf reading, I'd say that the absence of any mention whatsoever of Chevron in AHA means they will grant cert in the bump stocks case for next term.
