She does so many positive things that don't necessarily show on the stat sheet. I hope she gets more minutes going forward.
Number of our fans had her unhappy and transferring out. Aren’t you glad the people in the program aren’t as impetuous as our fans… Really big-time game by her!

I thought so too. Stuelke had a horrible shooting night 2 - 10 and several turnovers. She did rebound very well. AOG was a no show with 4 fouls in 6 minutes.
Stuelke will make some post moves against average players or short players but against bigs from quality programs she is not a viable post option.
She is a 4. She will hold this team back if she doesn’t find a reliable 15 foot shot. Hannah can post if one of the other bigs are in and takes their biggest player. Ava not playing is a shame.

Meh, HS is inconsistent, she has proven she can score inside when she’s on. She was causing USC all kinds of problems before she had to go to the bench and the last game vs Nebraska. She scored 16 points and grab 16 rebounds so I can’t really agree with that.
Inconsistent yes, still the 2nd best player on the team at worst. So it’s hard to say she’s holding us back. Yes, we all wanted her at the4, yes we all want her to knock down some 15 foot shots, but regardless she has to play.🤷♂️

She was needed tonight and she was ready. Maybe the most upside in a freshman big we’ve seen during the Bluder/Jensen era. She’s going to be fun to watch the next three years.
I’m saying she’s holding us back from being the best team we can be if she can’t slide to the 4. If she can play the 4 and hit a good % of jumpers this team has a really high ceiling.
Well that ain’t happening this year, unfortunately.
#1 goal this offseason for the coaching staff needs to be figuring out a way to successfully have Hannah and Ava play together, otherwise one of your most talented players is always sitting on the bench.
I wish she were a 4 so Ava gets to play. Hanna has no skills that fit the four. On the perimeter she is no threat to shoot so they stay 10 feet from her. This makes it hard for her to drive as they are slacked off. If no four skills- probably no wnba unless gets with a breaking team with a cc like passer
Agreed. Hopefully an off-season without injury/rehab will help.
