Apart from the empty student section at the top to be expected with break, the home crowd brought it. Plenty of red but wasn’t the red takeover one would’ve expected.
people that sell their tix to opposing teams sort of makes me ill and want to punch them in the face if you know what I mean........It was a shame how much red there was last night, out of the group of season ticket holders around us, I'd say it was 7/10 that sold their tickets.

Who expected a "red takeover?"Apart from the empty student section at the top to be expected with break, the home crowd brought it. Plenty of red but wasn’t the red takeover one would’ve expected.
Yeah, pretty much the entire row behind us must be season tickets owned by brokers who resell tickets every game. Iowa St and Nebby fans for those games. People like that p*ss me off and I wish there were a way to police that sh*t.It was a shame how much red there was last night, out of the group of season ticket holders around us, I'd say it was 7/10 that sold their tickets.
You should see how many empty seats there are at the PSU game for a chance to play in the B1G CG.Apart from the empty student section at the top to be expected with break, the home crowd brought it. Plenty of red but wasn’t the red takeover one would’ve expected.
Students mostly went home for holiday and it is just a busy long weekend across the country. You should see how many empty seats there are at the PSU game for a chance to play in the B1G CG.
I think iowa has more fans in lincoln than what i saw for the bugeaters in iowa city.Apart from the empty student section at the top to be expected with break, the home crowd brought it. Plenty of red but wasn’t the red takeover one would’ve expected.
It was 90/10. Very little red.On TV, it didn’t look like there were many Husker fans. Especially when red stands out so much against a blackout. To me, it looked like it was 85/15 Hawks versus Husker fans.
There was actually quite a lot of red. Don’t know what the percent was, though. It was 90/10. Very little red.
Not true, there was a lot of red, I was there and have never been to a game with as many opposing fans. 15-20%It was 90/10. Very little red.
Really? Been to an Iowa isu game? Not true, there was a lot of red, I was there and have never been to a game with as many opposing fans. 15-20%
If you were on the East side looking West, there was a fair amount of red. I’m guessing you were on the East side? Not true, there was a lot of red, I was there and have never been to a game with as many opposing fans. 15-20%
Yes I was in the east stands. Maybe not as bad as it seemed then.If you were on the East side looking West, there was a fair amount of red. I’m guessing you were on the East side?
I was in the North endzone, so had a good view. The East side had very little red. It was probably 90-10 to 85-15? Probably 8-10k Huskers? They showed up.
Trump?Who expected a "red takeover?"
Ticket brokers buying up ticketsYeah, pretty much the entire row behind us must be season tickets owned by brokers who resell tickets every game. Iowa St and Nebby fans for those games. People like that p*ss me off and I wish there were a way to police that sh*t.
Won’t make it political at all, but wasn’t expecting this response and that, there, was funny.Trump?
I honestly think that Iowa should attatch a fee on stub hub that goes directly to nil for this, that way a percentage of all tickets sold to away fans goes back to the players. Not a legal expert, and this assumes the universities take over the nil marketpeople that sell their tix to opposing teams sort of makes me ill and want to punch them in the face if you know what I mean........
That seems like a highly presidential response. Kudos.people that sell their tix to opposing teams sort of makes me ill and want to punch them in the face if you know what I mean........
How well behaved were they during the game? It would have been fun to be around them at the end of the game. 😉It was a shame how much red there was last night, out of the group of season ticket holders around us, I'd say it was 7/10 that sold their tickets.
