I’m sorry, but fvck assholes blocking traffic to protest.
I worry this plays right into Trump’s hand.
I’m rooting for the cars, sorry not sorry. Blocking traffic is the most selfish asinine way to protest. I really could not care less if they got ran the fvck over. Stand on a sidewalk and protest like a normal person.
We went through this debate on this board in 2015. People were blocking traffic out on I 80. As awful as Trump is, this is not a good tactic. There are better ways.

I'm going to take flack for this, I'm sure. There is something that rubs me the wrong way about protests like this in wanting to stay in the US while waiving the flag of the nation you left.

When the union was striking against the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki, the picket line blocked the parking garage and they'd get real threatening if anyone tried to cross the picket line and get in or out of that garage.

You have to have some major anger issues if you get to the point of hitting another person with your car.
You can get out of your car and walk. No one will force you to stay though you would greatly benefit by hearing what they have to say.
