Proud of the Hawkeye defense

Defense played a good game under the circumstances. They put the Hawks in a position to win twice at the end of the game.

I’m conflicted on this one.

They didn’t play great. Were shredded at times.

The defense kept us in this game. we're likely exhausted / demoralized after the pathetic coaching and offensive effort by Stanley.

The D got the job done today all things considered. No conflict for me.

In big games there is going to be scoring no doubt but they made stops when we really needed them.

Yup. Defense ought to whoop th offenses a$$ all week. Same crap as in the Wisky game. Stanley and the offense suck thus putting all the pressure on the defense.

Iowa defense continues to carry around this offense.....been making lunch for the offense for years...it gets old. 2 safeties...#pick6 and 12-0 lead....lost by an inept offense
