I do not bet....never understood it from my days as a Hawk as good teams (which we were and are) believe they can win every game. Anyway, a guy in my office does and said the line has moved from whatever it was -3.5/3ish to -2.5, to now -1 Purdue.

Does this mean the Vegas money is flooding in on Iowa?

You can see a Vegas history of the line here:

Opened at 2.5, quickly went down to 1, then went back up to 3 where it has stayed at 3/2.5 since then.

My reading is that the professional betters jumped in early and bet on Iowa, then the line floated back to 3.

Sagarin favors Iowa by 4 or 5. Other computer rankings are similar. ESPN FPI gives Iowa a 52% chance to win.

Iowa is a good value bet this weekend.

Surprised it has not moved more in Iowa's direction considering that Rondale Moore has apparently not practiced this week and Brohm has said he is a game time decision. Even if he plays you wonder how healthy is he.

Because there are questions out there about Stanley’s health, also.

And what is up with MSU being favored by just a few points at Maryland. Do betters think that the coach finally getting fired will energize the program?

Sagarin and other computer models favor MSU by a similar amount, around 3 pts.

Michigan State has pedestrian base metrics (yards per play, points per play, etc.). Dantonio is great at winning fist fights.
