From being inside CHA on Friday, I was glad that I didn't have my headphones b/c I didn't want to hear Ironside's description. That being said, I've got a 2-hour car drive coming up and I'm sure I'll listen to the YouTube stream.


I saw it mentioned about the cheerleader who went down at half time (or whatever it is called), but I would add that the cheerleader who fell off the top of the pyramid, shook it off and went back to complete the routine is typical of the grind it out effort we need.

I didn't see it mentioned but, Alex Marinelli was interviewed at the break. His top two CHA memories.
1) KemDawg beating Hall
2) Spencer running out of the tunnel vs ISU this year.
He added that he wrestles for the man up above but the Iowa Fans always gave him a little extra.
What an awesome teammate. I didn't think I could like him any more but here we are.

I think that was Maynard with the bad wifi. Hard to remember. Makes me think about "what is the craziest thing you've done as a Hawkeye Wrestling Fan?" Who were the HS buddies who went to Nationals, van broke down, rented a car and took turns riding in the trunk to watch their buddy wrestle for Iowa. Seems like it was some Lisbon guys for Royce.
