Kyle Kempt started and played most of the Iowa game. He was hurt and replaced by Zeb Nolan, who started the Akron, Oklahoma, TCU and Oklahoma State games.

Purdy is a true frosh, got one series against Akron, didn't get in against OU or TCU. Came in on the second series of Oklahoma State game and has played every snap since.

Kempt is reportedly healthy and is backing up Purdy. Nolan reportedly has left the team.
