Purelight Power Solar

Has anyone used Purelight Power for solar panels?
We used Brandt's in IC. The electrical work was done by Shay Electric. The roof isn't leaking, yet, and the panels are generating electricity, so no complaints. We installed and turned on at the worst time of the year, but we are producing what they predicted. We shall see what happens when the days get longer and the Sun returns to the skies. Brandt's has been around for quite awhile and run a good company. They have a side company for the solar installation I assume in case things crater, but overall they've done well for us with the furnace and ac over the years.

I love the idea of solar, but I have a hard time justifying it. Years back before we started making upgrade, we might have 1 or 2 months a year where we would be around 750 kWh, and peak peak well above 1500 in the summer. Today, we average a bit below 750 kWh for the year, about 540 right now. That coupled with some of the lowest rates in the nation the math just isn't there. I pay an annual budget of $111 a month, $33 of that is fixed rate from the monthly customer charge and lease fees the power company pays to the city. That leaves me with $80 a month tops to pay for a system if I had zero usage.
